Makoi Foundation is a registered organization with the aim of helping the Tanzanian community through people in need, especially those living in government-recognized facilities.
Our Story
From Though Beginnings
The Makoi Foundation was founded by Richard Makoi. In 2018, he began organizing charity activities on his birthday each year. Over time, the initiative grew, attracting more people and expanding its impact. As the charitable work continued to flourish, the idea of establishing a formal foundation took shape.
In 2022, the registration process for the foundation began, and by 2024, it was successfully completed. Today, the Makoi Foundation stands as a fully registered and recognized institution.
